Question: If I fast for 1 or 2 days, how many pounds will I lose!?
I am 13 and I am 133 lbs!. I have 2 small fat rolls on my stomach!. I want to get rid of those and slim my stomach down to little or no fat!. I want to try fasting for a day!. Ive also started to do 100-200 sit ups a day!. I will start to do cardio and I will try to eat healthier!. How many lbs will I lose if I fast for 1 or 2 days!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't be able to continue on with such a vigorous workout if you don't put protein and vitamins in your body!. If you want to lose weight fast, try an all meat diet!. Eat no carbs, no fatty meats, no snacks, just lean meat!. Drink a lot of water, A LOT!. I'm not an expert but I don't recommend that you fast in order to lose weight!. What will end up happening is you will instead gain weight since your body will think it is in a famine and thus will start storing more fat!. Instead, eat smaller meals every couple hours, eat whole grain, more fruits and veggies!. Also, it is actually a myth that doing tummy busters will remove abdominal fat since you ought to exercise your entire body to really see some effect!. I would say it's a better idea to walk or jog than to do 200 situps all of a sudden!. It is recommended that an individual walk 10,000 steps a day!. That may seem like it's a lot, but it isn't!. probably about one and a half, maybe two- but your body will go into starvation mode and slow your metabolism, so as soon as you eat again you will gain all that back and more to boot!. you shouldn't eat below your bmr- how many calories your body needs just to function- which you can google!. you don't need to lose weight- look up your bmi (body mass index) and you will see how much you should weigh based on height and age- though sometimes it isn't absolutely accurate, if you have a lot of muscle it may say your bmi is more than it is!. anyway, you really don't need to lose weight- if anything, you need to gain muscle weight!. if you work out and eat healthy your 'fat' will disappear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do the exercise not the fast!. Fasting for two days will get you nowhere fast and you will gain the weight back and then some!. Just diet and keep up with your plan to workout and in a few months you should have a pack!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
