Question: Is there a way I can get more fat on my legs!?
I'm trying to game some weight or rather have thicker legs!. Is there any healthy way I can do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would advise you not to, not because i don't love thick legs, but because they probably wouldn't match the rest of your body!. and just as there is no such thing as spot reduction, their is no such thing as spot increasing either unless you want to build muscle which really isn't worth the time considering you kind of have a lost cause!.

I had legs like bean poles, lol! I started building up my muscles by doing step aerobics using an old block of wood!. Worked for me! If you have any steps in your house, go up & down several times a day!. Gaining fat will only make your legs look FAT, not sexy! You gotta build that muscle, baby! ;)

I don't think you can do that without putting fat in other places on your body!. Some people have skinny legs!. They are born with that!. I would not worry about it so much!. Be what you are and be proud of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
LOL!! U can have some of mine! I have always had "ghetto legs", and I am as caucasian as it gets!.!.!.
But just eat alot of protein (eggs, meat, nuts), and do strength-training excersizes in your leg areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
