I workout at 6 p.m., but have trouble sleeping at night, why?
Does exercise give your body more energy, or does it make your body more tired so you can sleep better at night? Should you exercise Before OR After you eat dinner?

You may want to try exercising in the morning after a light meal like half a banana or a piece of toast with diluted orange juice. Exercising later in the evening will get your heart rate up, and it may be harder for some to relax. If you can't seem to find time during the morning, try to exercise between the hours of 2 and 4 o'clock giving plenty of time for you to digest your lunch..
