Should u excersise when ur sick?
I'm doing the couch to 5k and feel like i have a head cold/congestion coming on. I took medication (cold/allergy) and i know it affects heart rate. So should i skip a day or should i go ahead and excersise so i don't fall "behind"???

A couple years back I read that if you feel it in your chest rest, but if it's just your head do light exercises. I found that if nothing else, walking (even at a slow pace) for 10 minutes is great. It'll keep you at your routine by making your body move, and a add nice pick me up, even if it doesn't last long. But it really comes down to are you feeling up to it?
