Answers:
I'm wondering why you want to work out so much!. I saw your other question about HIIT also!.
I'm just going to throw this out here, cuase I have heard of this book but I have not read it myself!. It's called Good calorie, bad calorie by Gary taubes!. 1 of his points is that exercise does not necessarily aid weight loss!. it makes you feel good, sure!. but doesn't haste weight loss and may possibly just make you eat more!. I just wondered what your motivation was for all this exercising!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends!. Are you a beginner!? If so, you should start out slowly!. Try 30-40 minutes a day 3-4 times a week and gradually build yourself up over time!. The trick I've learned is to vary your work out so that you don't get bored!. You're more likely to stick with it if you don't get bored!. the other thing is to kind of confuse your body!. Maybe you want to work out 4 times one week for 30 minutes at a time and the next week do 3 times at 40 minutes!. And don't forget your warm-up at the beginning and your stretches at the end!. Warm-ups prevent injuries, as do stretches, but the stretches also help to build your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

45 - 60 mins a time

start with 3 times a week and build up

Ive been training for almost a year and i exercise about 6 times a week but I make sure my training is varied to keep the interest and never burn outWww@Answer-Health@Com
