Question: What types of food should I cut out of my diet!?

Answers:
Foods that are:
1) fried
2) contain sugar (soda, cookies, candy, cake, pastries)
3) contain trans fat (Look for hydrogenated oil)
4) simple carbs (white bread, white pasta)
5) food high in fat (whole milk, whole cheeses, butter, fatty meats)

If you can cut those things out of your diet, and eat fresh vegetables, fruit, and whole grains, you'll feel better within a couple of weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The main thing you want to do is cut out the junk food like pop and sugary snacks!.

Eat wheat bread instead of white bread (Sara Lee makes a wheat bread which is 45 calories per slice!.

Don't eat a lot of carbs after lunch!. Also eat more meals throughout the day but in smaller portions!. Or, eat a small granola bar around 10 a!.m!. and 3 p!.m!. just to take the edge off!.

Remember, low fat, doesn't always mean it's good for you!.

Diet soda isn't good for you either!.

I drink those energy drinks that have no calories and no carbs!. Also drink plenty of water!. I drink the Nestlee flavored water because they are 0 calories and 0 carbs!.

No fast food, fried foods, anything processed (has additives in it), skip the white bread, sugar, Kool Aid, ice cream w/corn syrup, in fact anything w/corn syrup, soda,

Eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, lean meats!. A good ratio for a man is 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat!.

guess it depends on what type of diet you're interested in!. some ppl will say go low fat etc!. personally i like low carb!. In low carb those percentages would be about 60% fat 30% protein 10% carb!.
In any case, cut out all sugar, cut back on sodium!. no junk food or soda pop!.

ive been trying to eat more healthy too!. i think the main things to cut out are soda, bread, sugar, salt, pasta (unless its whole wheat) potatoes, butter!. pretty much all the fattening stuff!. bread is a big one for me!.!.!.i love it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually you dont need to completely cut off anything from our diet,just smart portion control and your health will improve !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
