How do i stay motivated at gym??!


Question: How do i stay motivated at gym!?!?
Ive been going to gym for 6months!. before i went i was skinny ive got bigger but im getting less motivated to go and when i do i dont even finish my workout for one body part!. i used to have a training partner but he has stopped the gym completely and he has got really skinny again!. i want to keep going but im not motivated enough!. Whats the best way to keep motivated and focused!? thnksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am a personal trainer!. Here are some suggestions!.!.!.

1!. Train for SOMETHING!.!.!.like an event, race, etc!.!.!.not just for the fun of it!.

2!. Work with a trainer who will push you!.!.!.only work with one you admire and who seems passionate about their work!.

3!. Tell all of your friends and family about your weight training goals!.!.!.most people don't like to look bad once they voice what they're going to do!. Give them updates too!.

4!. Read a book by a famous weight lifter and learn some of their tricks for staying passionate!.

5!. Change your workout!.!.!.you could just be very bored!. Since the weather is nice now!.!.!.maybe challenge yourself outside with sprints (one heck of a workout), pull-ups, push-ups, etc!.

6!. Along the same lines as #5 above!.!.!.try something you've never tried before!. Rockclimbing!? Adventure races!? Boot camp classes!? Bikram Yoga (tough class)!?

7!. Lastly, put up a flyer in the gym or ask the staff about getting a new work out partner!.

It's a very personal thing!. I too need a partner to push me!. Try meeting someone new in the gym!. Offer to spot for that cute blonde who lifts alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
