I need to loose weight fast!!!?
i need to loose weight fast cuz my boyfann is coming down and sence he hasnt seen me i have gained some weight. i also want to look good for him. he is coming in 7 days, a week. I dont want to go on a crash diet i have done that and it was a huge mistake, so please does anyone know how i can loose weight?!

well go 2 the gym like 2ce a day and DONT eat any ice...i heard its bad for u somewhere...drink lots of water-no soda-not even diet 1s try 2 go for apples or nuts like almonds that arent salted..that kinda stuff
