Question: Im 13 and i need some ideas on how to tighten my tummy for summer!?
ok so im 13 and i have a little tummy fat and i want to tighten my tummy!. I am pretty athletic and i have never had weight problems before!. Does anyone have any ideas for some good workouts for me to do!? and please no pills or anything like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

swimming!.!.!.crunches!.!.better yet, flooder kicks!. did those in the army!.!.!.lay on ur back!.!.!.both hands under ur butt, lift legs and do walking movement!.!.!.diff angles!.!.hold at 45 degrees or so for 5min and left down!.!.!.keep doing that!. thats how i got solid abs in like 2 weeks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I found a site so incredible that I don't think there's anything that comes close in the diet ,health and fitness field!.
It's geared for the over 40 crowd but I believe that anyone can benefit immediately!.
