2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

My guess is that you didn't put on the 150 lbs overnight!?!? Correct!?!? So why do you expect to lose it overnight!?

Diet pills are just plain wrong!. They don't address the reason why you put the weight on in the first place and they are not helping you strengthen and improve your body!.

You are right that diets don't work!. Don't try any of them!. You will just waste your money and time and get disheartened!. What does work however is healthy eating and watching your calorie intake!. The only way you can burn fat is to use more calories than you consume in a day!.

Write out a healthy eating plan!. Set out what you are going to eat in a day and when you are going to eat it!. Make sure that you don't exceed around 2000 calories!. Along with that, exercise (jog, walk, cycle, swim) for about 30 - 60 minutes a day!. You will start to lose weight after a few weeks in a healthy and controlled way and you will feel physically and mentally better for it!. A healthy rate to lose weight at is around 1 to 3 lbs a week!. It doesn't sound like much, but consider this: the average human brain weighs between 2 and 3 lbs!.
