Question: I want to go on a healthy diet!? please help!?
im 5'3 and i weigh 125 pounds, and i want to lose a few pounds, mainly in my stomach and breasts!. how can i do this!? i was thinking crunches for my stomach, but how will i lose weight in my breasts!? also, how are a few ways i can eat healthier, that will help me lose weight!? and will running help me lose extra weight in my thighs and arms!? if not, what will!? thanks a million!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
There are many different ways to lose weight, but I would suggest eating 6-8 times a day, but in MUCH smaller amounts (eat a snack every hour or two, but eat less during the "normal" eating hours, aka breakfast/lunch/dinner)!.

Drink water all the time!
Buy yourself a nicely sized water bottle, and drink from it constantly!. Most of the time, the reason your hungry is because your body is thirsty, so drinking lots of water will make the cravings for food less!.

One problem a lot of people have when starting to diet, is that they do everything at once!. You can't change the way you eat overnight!. Slowly phasing everything in is the best way!.

Fruits, vegetables, and water are the best things to eat!. I could write a list of stuff, but here is a top 20 list of the fittest foods that are healthy for you!. (check out my link)

eventually progress your crunches into sit ups!. go running every morning!. get a job as a waitress!. for your chest push ups are the VERRRY BEST!! also try the bellydance series , yoiu can find these at borders or books a million, or barnes and noble!. they are about 14!.00 bucks!. also you can try best buy too!. plus best buy is really low priced!. and dont firget carmen electras strip tease series!. they are so fun and are very effective!. and forget about fad diets!. all you gotta do is cut your calories in half:

take an inventory of how much calories you are currently ingesting in a days time!.

then cut them in half!.

dont give in whatever you do, dont give in and go past your calorie limit!.
