Question: My weight and height!?
im 16, female, 5ft tall exact, 52-53kg and just wondering what excercises you can do to loose weight fast on the top half of your legs + the bottom half of the top of your arms!.!.!.!.!.!.!.the reason why i want to do this is because my family + friends think i'm fat and i want to prove to them that im not!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.(does the fact that i'm only 5ft tall have any thing to do with them seeing me as fat)!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.much appreciated!.!.!.!.!.!.!.all answers welcome no matter if there bad or whatWww@Answer-Health@Com
