Coke Light?!


Question: Coke Light!?
I am trying to lose weight around my stomach!. Any harm in drinking Light Coke, Diet Pepsi,!.!.!.etc!. !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carbonation is bad for the body!.!.!.
Coke, Diet Coke, etc!.!.!. just avoid it!.

If you are seriously considering losing weight, I recommend changing your eating habits!. For 1, drink MORE water!.
I cannot stress this enough for people of all ages!. I am 22, and have recently been eating heathier & exercising!. I carry a 1000mL waterbottle that I fill quite a few times a day!. Anytime that I get thirsty, I drink from it!.
Water is amazing, and here is why!. Drinking lots of water daily not only curves your appetite for food, but you'll feel full, feel less bloated, and its good for your overall health!.
1!. Drinking lots of water everyday makes the craving for food less, because most of the time that you feel hungry, it is because your body is trying to tell you that its thirsty, so when you think you should be eating, you really should be drinking liquids!.
2!. The reason people feel fat/bloated is because they eat things with alot of sodium, which makes your feel like a balloon!. Drinking water regulates your body and flushes out that excess sodium in your body!.
3!. I could go on for days about the effects of drinking water, but overall, its just better for you!. Soda is not the answer in ANY diet, and those that say anything otherwise are wrong!.

I easily lost 10 lbs+ since changing my water drinking habits, and I hope you seriously consider doing the same!. I'm thirsty from writing this long msg, and I think imma endulge myself in a refill of water =DWww@Answer-Health@Com
