you've eaten around 400 calories
599 calories in 1 hr 30 min of vollyball
200 calories in 30 min of cardio
and probably around 50 calories for ab workout
cardio is basically exercise that keeps your heart rate elevated!. it helps you burn calories and also helps you tone your body!. not sure about the other question!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure how many calories you burned, if you google "calorie counter" or "calculate calories burned" or something along those lines you'll find sites that let you do that!.
In response to your other questions, cardio is getting your heart rate up into the fat/calorie burning levels!. It burns fat- and muscle!. Which is why it is important for you to combine cardio and resistance workouts!. The resistance workouts build muscle, but without cardio, the muscle gets all bulky, like those body builders you see on TV!. The Cardio breaks that muscle down, so you end up with lean muscle versus bulk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
