Question: Low Carb Diet and Hypothyroidism!?

Is a low carb diet best for me since I have hypothyroidism!? How do I know how many carbs to eat!. Don't know much about a low carb diet so any help would be great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i have hypothyroid too and when i wanted to lose weight i just did it normally, no special diet (low calorie, low fat) and that worked great for meWww@Answer-Health@Com

rice/noodles/pasta/spaghetti- 2 tblsp /meal

tortilla/whole grain bread -1 slice/meal
