Which option should I choose for the treadmill?
I usually go for the Cardio option, but the treadmill also has a fat burn option. Which one will give me greater results?
Answers:
I think both are the relatively the same. As long as you a getting sufficient exercise then that is good. I've never really noticed the difference between the two. Just set your treadmill on a mode where you can find out the amount of calories you burned.
