What day should I work my abs on? Upper body, or lower body?!


Question: What day should I work my abs on!? Upper body, or lower body!?
When would be the best time to work abs!?

Here's my schedule:

Monday: Upper body, cardio
Tuesday: Lower body, cardio
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Upper body, cardio
Friday: Lower body, cardio
Saturday & Sunday: RestWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would actually switch up your routine!.
I my routine goes like this:
Day 1: Upperbody- Chest & Tricepts
Day 2: Upperbody- Bicepts & Shoulders
Day 3: Lowerbody & Back
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Rest

I would recommend not to do your lowerbody workouts with your cardio in the same day!. It puts too much stress on your muscles, BUT if you prefer to do cardio everyday with your workouts, do cardio last!.

As for adding abs to your workout, I would do abs the same day you designate your cardio day (meaning only cardio)!.
