On it's own!? I don't think so!.!.!. if you work out and drink the stuff, it might work, but I honestly don't think it'd be worth spending your money on the drink, because you can get tons of protein from getting the right diet and working your glutes!.!.!. either way, being a girl, the only way to build lots of muscle is to work out, since we don't bulk up quickly like guys do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
