Diet/Workout plan (that you do on a regular basis), and what is your body type?


Answers:

well i work out at a gym 3-4 times a weak doing 10-20 min on the elliptical machine then 10 min. on a treadmill. then inner thigh and outer thigh things and abs and arms usually. and im athletic
