Dieting is making me dizzy?!?!

Question: Dieting is making me dizzy!?!!?
i need to lose weight!. ive been dieting for 5 months and lost weight!. i still have a lot more to go, but i notice that i get dizzy really easily!. its not like i am not eating! i eat like a little under or a little over 1000 cals!. depends on how hungry i am!. the most i will go is 1100!. thats considered a lot for diets!. and every1 says your obviously supposed to cut how much you usually eat so that your body will lose weight!. i never even checked how many cals i ate before my diet, but it was all junk!. but now im obsessed!. why is dieting making me dizzy!? i have been doing it for like 5 months, i figure it would wear off by now!? i dont feel rly weak, i just black out every now and then, but i have never fainted, i just sometimes have to lean on something for like 10 secs and close my eyes and let it pass!. i dont want to tell a doc bc i dont want him to make me stop dieting!. i work out 2 but nothin hardcore!. im not an extreme dieter, i want to lose weight gradually, not in like 3 daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
this is not a diet problem!. I have this too and it is becuase your blood pressure is too low!. you may not being eating enough salt!. besides salt, the only cure my (many) doctors have found is that my problem will go away completely if i go to sleep at a normal time every single day (like 10 or 11 at night) and wake up at a normal time (like 9 am)!. The reason this helps is becuase when you sleep a normal schedule, your body releases the hormone cortisol upon waking up, and that keeps your blood pressure normal!. Cortisol does a lot of things for your body, and generally does not cause "belly fat" like the commercials claim!. most people who suspect cortisol is making them fat are just looking for an excuse or easy way out where they don't have to stop bingeing on cakes and burgers!.

try to also drink a lot of water, and stay out of hot places, and don't spend too much time standing up or exercising until it gets better!.

i had to take time off from college becuase i was fainting all the time, and they told me to eat salty fatty foods at first to make my blood pressure go up but all that did was make me fat, and going on a low fat diet did NOT make it any worse!. sometimes this condition comes on at times when it seems like it could be from something else but it's really just a coincidence!.

dont cut down you fod intake !. if you eat x amount of food perday usually , then just imagine your x amount all on one plate and then divide that plate into six portions, eat one portion every two hours and drink plenty of water, you will not be dizzy and you will lose weight with a bit of exercise sorry il refrase that you will lose fat and probably gain a little weight in the form of muscle as muscle weighs more than fat, id say your iron is a little low have it checked by doctor, this way you will have a toned body and not a body craving nurishment at the end of your diet which will result in weight gain as a starved body will store food as fat as a back upWww@Answer-Health@Com
