How to loose weight fast.?!


Question: How to loose weight fast!.!?
I was wondering if anyone knew a good way to loose weight fast which doesn't involve barfing your brains out like some people have recommended!. I tend to snack a little to often just because of boredom and I've noticed myself drinking a lot more liquids to try and eliminate my cravings!. I do 100 sit-ups a day and I still have a pudgy belly!. I don't like it!. I want to loose about 15 pounds but don't know how to go about it!. Any tips!? Please and thanks ^__^Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises!.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS!.
Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits!.

@ Sit when you eat!.
@ Always Avioid Junk food!.
@ Dont eat pizza, potato and oily food!.
@ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda!.
@ Eat a lot of fruits
@ Eat a lot of vegitables!.(salad)
@ Drink a lot of water
@ Do not eat candy or chocolate
@ Sleep well
@ If you can, do mediatation and yoga!.
@ Dont drink alcohol and don't smoke
@ Eat hygienic foods!.
@ Don't get yourself starve
@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink!.
@ Switch to ordinary coffee
@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home!.
@ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling!.
@ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal!.
@ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate!.
@ Eat more soup!. The noncreamy ones are filling but low-cal!.
@ Walk around the mall three times before you start shopping!.
@ Start eating a big breakfast!. It helps you eat fewer total calories throughout the day!.

increase your protein and lower your carbohydrates don't snack at night before bed and if you do have to have a snack eat fruit !. keep doing the sit ups and add some cardio!. work like a stairmaster machine or something along those lines !.or you can even add resistance training but do very high repititions that will burn fat and build muscular endurance not muscle mass !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
