Question:

I NEED to lose weight.....!!!?

I am 13 yrs old and weigh 165 pounds. I am 5'5. I am supposed to be 40 pounds lighter.... What can i do... How much weight can i lose if i do 300 crunches, walk for an hour in the morning and night, and do yoga for an half an hour??? Estimate???? If i did this each day until august 4th, how much weight do yo uthink i will lose, ecpecially when i am eating healthy.??

Slow down there . İf you do thoose for a week you'll be so tired you wouldn't be able to get out of bed for a day. İ can help you a little. Losing weight is not only about the scale. İt's more about the how slimmer you look. İ can make you a fitness and diet program.

Fitness program
Swim for an hour 3 times a week
walk 30 min. in the morning and 30 minutes at night
Gain muscle weight=do sit ups + push ups + weight lifting of max:20 lbs.
Don't do yoga do pilates . You won't believe how quick you wil get the results. But make sure to do it with someone who knows or a proffesionalapproved dvd. Do it for 20 minutes everyday or every other day.

Diet Program
Breakfast : Special K cereal, skim milk , a fruit*
Snack: Danone light & fit (any flavor)
Lunch:Grilled chicken breasts, vegetables, green salad with olive oil and lemon juice
Snack:Granola bar
Dinner: a bowl of soup** and a slice of whole wheat bread
Snack:10 unsalted almonds and 1 apple

*fruits you shouldn't eat: fruits that are high in sugar like pineapples&mangoes
** Soups you can eat: Tomato,Chicken,black bean,creamy mushroom and any other type that doesn't contain stuff made with flour.
