Iam 190 pounds ... which is the best way ?

which is the best way to get a good lean body and alos little muscular .... excercising or gymming? .... does gymming increase weight or it does give u a bulky huge look right ??

For example, hichschool chicks eat their food in very small bites because they think they won't gain that much weight from the food and digest it easier. In reality, eating the food in very small bites makes the brain think you aren't eating anything and won't digest it properly, having the opposite affect. That's just to keep you in mind about weight and exercise. And things like which type of machines you use or if you use free weights, and which parts of the body and when to work them out compared to the rest of your exercise. I would suggest find a friend who knows a LOT about it or read some magazines like Exercise and e-mail the people who shows off their exercises, believe it or not they will e-mail back.
