How do I lose a flabby stomach?!


Question: How do I lose a flabby stomach!?
I'm a very toned and thin person (I only weigh about 9stone) but for reasons unknown to me I seem to be developing a bit of a stomach and as I take pride in my appearance I want to do something about it!. Is there anything that you can share with myself on how to get rid of it!? why do I have fat on my stomach but muscle every wear else on my body!?

Crunches, leg lifts and crunches!. Keep doing them every day and the best way to find out if you've done a good job is to see if it hurts when you sit up!.

Note: Don't just do say 30 at once, push yourself to your very limit and beyond!. I used to only be able to do 50 but now in one week I can do 100 (painfully)Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you should do is 1000 crunches every other day, and 100 or 50 leg raises on each leg!. That's not all to it, you also need to get your cardio on!. For instance, you can run outside daily for 30min or how much you can handle!. Also, you can find a sport you like to do that requires a lot of movement, because when you move it will work wonders on the result you want!. A good idea too like what most people have stated before me is to avoid drinking soda, or high calorie drinks!. Refrain from eating a lot of chips and junk food as well!. Drink energy drinks and eat healthy food!.

I'm still working on my stomach too, I know it takes a lot of work to get the results you want!. But hard work pays off, am I not right!?

if you drink alcohol you will have fat on your stomach, try drinking less!. You sound to me like a person who exercises try doing more ab exercises and sit up's!.

When walking pull in your stomach **5 second rule, (Pull in your stomach as much as you can and hold for 5 seconds and then release slowly)** Do this for for the entire walk!. You could also do this while doing your work or relaxing in front of the tv (the best thing is it's an exercise that no one can see you doing)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have that much flab on your stomach then just clean up your diet and work your ab muscles more you should be go to go in no time!. But if you have fat everywhere I would suggest cutting down your portions and calories and doing some cardio exercises to burn off that fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
