Like people have mentioned try drinking a glass of water before each meal then if your still hungry afterwards drink more water - I find it helps me alot, also what you could do is if you do wanna eat have an apple or jelly or something - something that isn't high in fat or sugar and you don't feel guilty eating - Or is those also don't work try brushing your teeth, sounds weird but I've heaps of people doing it when there hungry - it takes your mind off the eating and your teeth are getting a good brush at the same time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you get hungrier in the evening make sure that the last big meal you eat for the day is one that will stick to your stomach!. Also drink alot of water and make sure and keep the fruits and veggies handy for when you do get hungry!. Go luck and YOU CAN DO IT GIRL! And congradulations on your wedding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try drinking tons of water - often dehydration leaves the body craving salt for some reason - or try to go to sleep earlier, take a sleeping pill so even cheez its won't make you want to get out of bed in the middle of the nightWww@Answer-Health@Com

that is so true ive been trying to loose wieght also and drinking water deffinetly curves my appetite though you will have to pee a lot at night!.!.but dont worry it will be worth it my body is doing great,,Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat something with no carbs or calories, such as baked chicken, bacon, pickles, scrambled eggs with cheese and a lg glass of water or hot tea with sweetner of course!. therefore your getting full but eating healthy proteinWww@Answer-Health@Com

When I have a huge craving at night, I crunch on a few ice cubes and chew gum!. It gives your body the illusion of snacking, without really snacking or feeling guilty! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water!. If you have to eat chew on a few celery sticks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat oatmeal before bedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try not to buy the items you don't want to eat!. You will go around searching the house for food and will find nothing!.!.thats what I do lol!. If this doesn't work, try chewing gum or a cough drop instead (it is said that this stops cravings)!. I would try to distract yourself from food by maybe watching tv or reading a book or just going to sleep earlier!. Keep in mind your final goal of losing weight and this will help!. Or you can try replacing the bad food with fruit and munch on that instead!. Hope this helps! Oh, I also read that if you watch yourself eat in the mirror you will eat something like 20 percent lessWww@Answer-Health@Com

Really keep your self busy cravings dont last as long as you think and if you win the battle with them then youll feel really good by the time your wedding comes around and beyond!also like others were saying drinks lots of water!
Also next time you go to the store have a health savy friend go along with you and dont buy those chese its stick to fruits and vegys and other things in the health isles! and have a small gathering with your friends inorder to get rid of some of those foods that arent helping with your "salt tooth"Www@Answer-Health@Com
