How do i lose weight as a 13 year old?!


Question: How do i lose weight as a 13 year old!?
I just noticed that i look a little "heavy" and Summer is right here! So how do i lose weight without starving and using pills that alot of people do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not drink soda
do not snack
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

You don't need to lose weight in the first place!. The only time a child needs to lose weight is if it is affecting their health!. A lot of teens lose weight in the summer anyway because they are going out more and swimming, bike riding etc!. A change in diet and more exercise is the only real safe way to lose weight!. Try talking to your parent(s)/guardian(s) about it if you are uncomfortable with your size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start by taking a simple run or bikeride or run everday!. It doesn't have to be 15 miles just a little bit and get in the habbit of it!. The more you exersice daily the easier!.
Also look at what you are eating!. If it consists of fast food and junk food, or just carbs than think about changing your diet to more a balanced one!. Try not to load up on the sugar and sweets because if all you do is eat and not exercise you'll start to get heavier!.

My son was like you, and once he really started growing the weight came right off!. Try to do more, get outside and whatever you do, stay away from energy drinks and pop, they are loaded with empty calories and a lot of other stuff that your body does not need and can be harmful!.

Eat veggies and fruits!. Don't eat after 7 PM!. Get diet or soy ice cream!. Don't eat greasy foods, like pizza or stuff!.

Get those meals like Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, and Smart Ones at your supermarket!. They are quite filling and some are really good, I have tried quite a few!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
