Is it ok to have a little milk before bed?!


Question: Is it ok to have a little milk before bed!?
does it increase possiblity of weight gain!? I normally drink hot green tea before bed, but I got this new herbal tea (chai flavor) and it tastes good if I add milk and honey to it!.

Will this give me weight gain, or should I stick to plain hot green tea before bed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. If you're adding it to your tea, it's only a little bit!.!.!. Even if it's 2% milk, it won't do you any harm!.
There are studies linking milk with WEIGHT LOSS, so keep drinking!
If you want to make sure you're not getting lots os calories (which you're not anyway, because what really changes is the amount of FAT - and we all need that), opt for 1% milk or less!.
Milk is good for you, it helps your bones and it's an essential part of a balanced diet!

A calorie is a calorie is a calorie, no matter when you eat it!. Having milk before bed won't do you any harm (as long as it's low-fat or skim milk), and it might help you get to sleep!. The honey is a little extra sugar, but since it's only a little bit in your tea I'm sure it won't make that much of a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you're not guzzling a whole 8oz, you should be fine!. (: I have a sip before bed all the time!. If you're really worried, though, try transitioning to skim or something!. (Ew, but it'd work, lol!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if its a little milk its ok!. try skim milk!? does it taste as good!? anyways u wont gain weight with such a small amount of milk!. milk helps u sleep better!:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
