did u find it ez!? did u cheat, if so, how and when and did it make a difference!?,, i find i need to get around some certain servings ex!. eat fresh fish my neighbor gave me and eat a part of another meal portion not on the meal plan for that spacific time, therefore changing the balance of the diet for that meal or day!.!. what did you doWww@Answer-Health@Com

My dad and step mom bought this diet!. It sucked!. The food is disgusting!. Its such a waste of money!. The crap just sat in their cabinets for months!. The "dinners" are tiny and disgusting!. The snacks are even bad!. There were microwavable eggs! It's impossible to eat this crappy food and not cheat!. That's my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
