hello, i need help to come up with a good diet plan !. im 130 ibs, 15 and 5''2, im willing to cut off junkfood, but i need a good balanced diet plan !. jogging isnt really an option for excercises because i cant do it any longer then 5 minutes!.

There are lots of ways to exercise: walking is great, dancing, swimming, step aerobics, etc!. Do different exercises to improve fitness and prevent boredom!. Include weight training in your routine also and don't forget to stretch for flexibility!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

excersize is always good, but if it's not an option-here are some great meals:
breakfast-one egg, cooked anyway you want!.!.!.and a low fat yogurt
lunch-salad-(iceberg lettuce) with a tablespoon of lowfat dressing and fresh tomatoes sliced on top
dinner-whole grain rice with a slice of wheat bread(lightly buttered) on the side
i tried this for 7 days straight!.!.!.lost 5 pounds!. continued it for a month--dropped about 22!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get used to jogging, it's the best exercise for you because it'll help you burn fat, build endurance and speed up your metabolism!. drink lots of water because its getting hot but try to jog even when you can't!. pushing yourself is the best way to get used to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
u can try eating oatmeal in the morning!.!.!.bet breakfast n lunch u should eat a granola bar!.!.!.for lunch try a salad with chicken , lettuce n fruits!.!.!.eat another granola bar and for dinner eat small portions then before!. my bf did this n lost so much weight and he doesnt even exercise!.!.!.try to weight urself in the morning before u eat!.!.!.!.gl with ur diet and dont die of starvation!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
