Stress eating?!


Question: Stress eating!?
Over the exam period I eat everything due to stress!. I need to find a way to control this!. At school it wasn't a problem because we only has 1 set of exams a year!. HOwever in uni it's 3 times a year and hence it's difficult to lose the weight I gain!.

How can I curb this habit or at least limit the damage!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
buy light, low calorie foods!. And buy less of it!.
If you run out of food, you can't eat more!.
Try to keep yourself busy, besides studying!. Go outside and study out there!. Listen to music (only if you can still fully concentrate on your work), do SOMETHING to get your mind off food!.
Mentally prepare yourself!. Go through the entire day telling yourself "I'm not going to overeat!. I CAN'T overeat!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

Feel free to eat during stress (We all do, haha!) but just fill up on healthy snacks like innocent fruit smoothies, fruit, carrot and other vegetable sticks with humous, raisons and other healthy foods!!
Also, drinking water helps supress your appetite and is really good for you!

When you are stressed your body doesn't know the difference if it is hungry or not!. You have to listen to your body and know if you are really hungry or if it is just stress or boredom!. Don't have any unhealthy snacks around you and try to fill up on salads and lean proteins so you won't feel hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WHEN I AM STRESSED AND WANT TO EAT MYSELF OUT OF HOUSE AND HOME, I TRY THIS~DRINK A BIG GLASS OF WATER, LET IT SETTLE AND LIGHT A CANDLE THAT HAS A VER SWEET SMELL!. MY NEWEST OBSESSION-NEOPOLITAN ICE CREAM SCENTED CANDLE!. THIS SEEMS TO HELP A LITTLE AND WHEN IT DOESN'T I TRY SOMETHING HEALTHY!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should find some extra activities to deal with!.
One good and tested is to fall in love!.!.!.
Only this is something that comes by itself!.
