I'm 230lbs!!! 5'2 ..very pretty and i dont look huge!?!


Question: I'm 230lbs!!! 5'2 !.!.very pretty and i dont look huge!!?
But i know that i need to lose !. I need some motivation , i want to try for a baby soon and i was just wondering if anyone is in the same situation i am in !. I know that i can lose the weight but i have alway gone up and down !.!. i use to be 140 !. I am at my highest weight and i dont want to gain anymore!!!

My lower stomach sticks out!.!. what find of excersice can i do far that!.
Also my arms are kind of getting that wingy look !.!. how can i fix that!?!?

Please no Ohh stop eating donuts and get off you butt!. I barely spend my time watching tv!. I am just always on the run and i never have time to make helathy foods!.

Despite what late-night TV would have you believe, you cannot spot-burn fat!.

If you are always eating on the go, keep these things in mind: no fried food ever (fries, chicken nuggets, donuts, etc!.), never super-size anything, and opt for water instead of soda, even diet sodas!. The first ten days of a limited diet are tough, but it gets a lot easier as your stomach adjusts to eating smaller portions!.

To lose weight, you need aerobic exercise!. Walking, bike riding, and swimming are all cheap, easy methods!. To help promote walking, never drive less than three blocks (some would say 13 blocks) and never take the elevator for less than 3 floors!. My family and I take a bike ride to the grocery store every weekend to do our shopping!. It saves gas, gets us moving, and provides really good family time!. I live in a big city and find that taking my bike everywhere actually saves time, as I never have to look for parking!.

The biggest problem for me was the absent-minded eating I would do in a day!. I have a desk job and would open a bag of tea biscuits to have one or two!. Before I knew it, the whole bag was empty!. I still keep food at my desk, but I also have a small plate and bowl in which I set my portions!. In the afternoons, I'll put three biscuits (the actual portion size) on a plate to eat with my tea or a handful of almonds in a small bowl while I mindlessly type-up my TPS reports!. When they are gone, I clean-up and do not go back into the 7-11 drawer until the next day!.

Also at my desk, I keep a big bottle of water!. No soda or juice!. For a change of pace, I'll drop a Camelbak Elixer tablet into my water to make it lemon or orange-flavored for 10 calories per 24 oz!. water!.
