Question: Will i lose weight by only drinking water and eating fruits!?

Absolutely, if you've got incredible self-control and can control being incredibly hungry all the time!.

I am currently on a fairly strict diet!. In involves eating high protein or high fibre meals as much as possible to keep myself full!.

It involves no desserts or eating out, and drinking only water!.

I have a bowl of porridge for breakfast (1/2 cup oats, 1 cup skim milk)

Egg salad (1!.5 eggs, 2 teaspoons mayo, 2 slices brown bread)

AND

some sort of meat dish for dinner (burger, pork chop, steak)!.

It's very filling and very low calorie, and I'm never hungry (I'm a 6 2, 240 pound male)!.

If I can give you some advice about losing weight, this is it:

Create a conservative, well thought out plan and try to do it slow (ie!. 2 pounds a week)!. Once you have a plan, don't adjust it, and don't think about it!. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week so that you won't think about it!. I have tried to lose weight and failed so many times because I become obsessed with it and don't think the results are coming quick enough!. Had I just stuck to it, I'd be fine!. yes, but it will be unhealthy weight loss!. Everyone seems to advocate fad diets that arent balanced!. Sure, they work most of the time, but they are terribly unhealthy and also arent permanent!. Establish a good diet (probably want to see a dietician for figuring out how much and such, but in general, skip the fast food and packaged stuff and start eating whole grains, fruits, and veggies, and lean meats and nuts for protein as well as milk!.) and do some cardiovascular exercise about 30-40 minutes daily is good (try to incorporate this into your schedule and make it fun by going with friends or family)!. You will loose weight but you will gain it back again when you go back to eating normal!. It is better to eat vegetables lean meats, fish and fiber rich foods!.

Drinking water is very good for you, but even natural fruits have high sugar!. You should go on a High Protien Low Carbohydrate diet!. The fat will melt off of you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
