I'd say around 1,700!. Most women need 1,200-1,500!. 1200 is usually the amount you need to lose, & 1,500 is the amount to maintain!. (To gain, the recommended amount is 2,500 or so!.)

It depends on how many calories you burn at the gym, & if you are trying to lose weight!. First, you should calculate your BMR (the amount of calories you burn from just existing)!. For your age, I'm sure it's somewhere around 1200-1300, maybe more!. Then, add on the amount of calories you burn from exercise!. If you want to lose weight, you must burn more than you consume!. It's simple math!.

To keep track of what you eat & your exercise, pretty much the only way is keeping a journal!. You can do this online- sparkpeople!.com, thedailyplate!.com, etc!. Or buy a small journal and add it up during the day, or once the day is through (I do the latter- usually I can remember all I eat)!. This is a really good thing to do, it makes you much more aware of what you're doing & what you need to improve upon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me (it's a detox colon cleanse)!. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look!. You should check this product at

Nobody can answer that for you!. You need to test out different calorie intakes and adjust from the results!. Start at 10 times your bodyweight plus 500 calories and go up or down from there!.

So start with about 1970 calories and see how that goes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say a good range of caloric intake should be between 1200-14-- cals a day depending on your activity level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

calorie counting is silly!.!.!.just portion control to stay off all the hassleWww@Answer-Health@Com
