hi!.!. im 19 n seriouly need a help right nw!.!. i am having my diet plan!.!.!. my weight is nw 61 and my height is abt 161cm!.!.
here is my diet chart!.!. n im totally a vegetarian!.!.!.
morning- apple and tea ( 7am)
lunch- bread wit salad n tamato/ sometimes vegetarian instant noodles/ mushroom soup
dinner- tea
and i drink water 1!.5liter per day!.!.!.
does it worth it!.!. can i loose!.!.!.

Your diet is fine, you need to exercise in order to lose weight!. Try doing around 50 sit-ups/crunches, once in the morning and one at night!. Also, running is the best way to lose weight and shape up your body, say 3-4 miles if you can do it!. It'll be very hard to lose 9 kilograms in 20 days because these things are long term, only if you stick with the exercising like biking, swimming, running, or any sports EVERYDAY can you possibly lose that much!. add some snacks!. or in a couple of days your going to be so hungary you'll forget you ever wanted to diet!. just read labels on snacks !.!. anything kashi is good!. i'd drink more water than tea!. or try a vitamin water!. they have calories but your going to need the vitamins!.

and definatly try running!. two or three times a week is all you need!. drink lots of water and eat in between meals !.!. try not allowing yourself to eat after seven or eight oclock and go to bed at a decent hour!.

dont want to run!? try pilates or yoga or both!. it stretches your body makes you leaner and you do lose pounds quickly!.

I'm vegan, and your diet sounds horribly unbalanced -mostly carbs and fiber!.

Call your local university and ask someone in the Phys Ed Dept for guidance!. They usually have grad students that are taking physiology classes, training to be dieticians or professional trainers, and they might help you with some basic ideas for free!

in the morn cut out tea and better go with black coffee/green tea with an apple
take only brown bread
no noodles
lots of soup
take idli sambhar(no rice)
lotsa water and nimboo paani(lemon water without sugar) twice a day
rest ur diet is good
DONOT TAKE CONSUME TEA & WHITE BREAD!.IT CONTAINS LOTS OF FATS!.DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!.
WHEN HUNGRY GO IN FOR LOTS OF SALAD ESP!. TOMATOES AND CUCUMBER
