Question: Burning calories, 12 yrs old!?
ok how long would it take on the tread mill to burn like 350 calories!? i need to burn and exersise bc i need to be more fit!. also, do u think five foot five and 111 pounds is a good weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're at a good weight right now!. I would recommend weight training if you want to be more fit - if you don't want to buy weights, try pushups, situps, tricep dips, etc!.

Trying to lose weight at 12 years old is extremley unheatlhy, and burning calories is even more unhealthy, when ur young if you do not get enough food then ur body will start storing fat because its not getting enough food!. This will actually make you GAIN weight!. Skipping meals will increase the chances of you becoming severly overweight when you get older!. if you must try to lose weight, try eating less fats and sugars, and eat more fruits and vegtables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on speed; if your going 7-8+mph that would take about either a mile or 6-15 minutes!. Depending on speed; so most likely 30-45 minutes!.
