Answers:
Ok, I'm going to give you a whole guide on working out, and diet so you can gain weight in muscle!.

For the diet it is essential you eat really healthy, 8-10 cups of water a day, one gram of protein per pound of your weight!.

Protein can be acquired through protein shakes a bit more quickly than most foods, meat, and egg whites are good as well!.

I recommend Whey protein shake, this is top quality, and you will hear about it a lot, better than creatine, which can be found at vitamin shops, or online, on bodybuilding websites, such as one I will list later on!.

Sleep 7-8 hours a day at least!.

Finally, most importantly, work out!. Work out everyday using weights, but workout DIFFERENT muscles on alternative days!.

For example:

Monday-Biceps, triceps
Tuesday-Chest, shoulders
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Biceps, triceps
Friday-Chest, shoulders
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-Biceps, triceps

Do heavy weights, and low reps, this means use heavy weights that you can only lift about 8-15 times!. Do this once, then rest a minute (put the weights down an relax), then lift again, then rest a minute, then lift again!.

A good workout should take about half an hour to one hour, make sure you don't just do one type of exercise for each muscle, do multiple exercises for each muscle!.

For example, for biceps don't just do bicep curls with 3 sets of 15, do hammer curls after that with 3 sets of 15 also, the move on to the next muscle!.

*I understand you may only be able to work out on Tuesday's and Sunday's, try and follow the above, but if not that's fine, just workout on Tuesday and Sunday!.

Also, if you are not feeling a burn in your chest while working out, it's ok, trust me, it's working out!. Just saying that because it's a common thing bodybuilders experience!.

A really great website for exercises for muscles, and how to do them properly is:

http://www!.bodybuilding!.com/fun/exercise!.!.!.

If you plan on working out on only Tuesday and Sunday workout the muscles you want to mainly build on those days!. If you want to build arms, abs, chest, and legs for example, every Tuesday you should workout chest and arms, and abs/legs every Sunday!.

Also, since you mentioned squats and bench press, just thought you should know which muscles they work!. Squats workout your quadriceps (upper leg), and bench press works out your chest and triceps!.

Squats are the best workout for legs, lunges are great as well!. For chest, bench press is best, for arms bicep curls are best, and for abs crunches work best, but you must also reduce fat for abs to show!.

Common weightlifting misconceptions:

-Weightlifting stunts growth, NOT true
-Weightlifting decreases flexibility, NOT true, it INCREASES it, believe it or notWww@Answer-Health@Com

Personally I don't think that you would be training enough to really need supplements and benefit from them!. You really just need to have a good diet, eat a lot but eat good food!. Also, If you really wanna grow I would say to try and find time to workout 4 days a week!.

That being said,

A weight gainer is essentially a protein shake with a lot of carbs , vitamins, calories etc!. you can take either one or both!. I would recommend a good whey protein shake after your workout like Optimum 100% Gold Standard Whey and then a slow digesting protein when you go to bed at night such as Optimum Casein protein!. You could also use the weight gainer as a meal replacement, when you don't have time to go make a quality meal!. I would also recommend a good creatine and a multivitamin!. If you are only gonna workout twice a week I would say to use a split such as upper body one day and lowerbody the other (However I would also say to workout at least 3-4 times a week)!. The bench press is probably the best exercise for the chest, but don't forget to work your back, shoulders, traps, abs and arms!. The squat too is probably the best exercise for legs, but make sure that you have good form!. For good tips and workout programs go to bodybuilding!.com they also sell discount supplements!. Just remember supplements wont help you if you don't have a good diet!. You need to eat to grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
