Question: Owee owee!.!.!. sore legs! please save my dying muscles!!?
weellll- this morning i did a very rigorous workout w/ trainer!.!. which was mostly lifting weights- squats, hangclean!.!. and a ton of scissor jumps!.!. which is like lunges only with jumping involved!. its the first day on my exercise program!.!. so i need some help w/ these sore muscles! its mostly on my shoulders and triceps and the top of my thighs and my butt!. ouch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

:D I love that soreness, its a sign your getting stronger, unless you completely over did it or, have a hernena, or just got out of sergoury!.

The best thing for you to do, to become stronger, and build a tolerance for soreness (in general not get soar from vigorous workouts no matterhow hard you try), just drink the water, and stretch everything, and especially everything that is soar!.

I am in the exact same condition, I am switching my weight lifting program, so I new muscles are being worked!. :D I feel your pain but bleed it out, you'll come back ready!. You may be soar for 1-2 days, and the process will speed up if you stretch, and take advantage by not taking pain killing pills or cheap ways out; alive, ibeprofen, heat pads, baths ect!.
