Is Ephedra bad?!

Question: Is Ephedra bad!?
I'm having trouble finding Cons and side-effects that out-weigh the benefits and amazing results that Ephedra can give!. Will this product hurt me if i take it!? Why was it banned in sports suppliments!? How are the effects so serious that it is tested for as a performance enhancing drug!?

Thanks for the info!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why is it banned!?
People have abused the product leading to health issues!.

Will this product hurt me if i take it!?
It won't hurt you if you take the recommended dosage and follow a nutrition plan!.

I have used ephedra for the past 2-3 years and it has always given me the best workouts and the best results I've had!. Many ephedra diet pills have many other supplements like caffeine, to stimulate, and hoodia, to suppress your appetite!. A couple years ago I was at 15% body fat and I couldn't take it!. I tried many other workouts out there and other diet plans, and yet nothing seemed to work for me!. I decided to venture into the world of ephedra diet pills with a high in protein diet!. From that I have dropped down to 6% body fat and I feel and look amazing!. I personally go upon cycles of ephedra diet pills, 4 months on, 2 months off, back to 4 months on!. With this cycle I have seen the results I've always wanted!.

What do I take!?
For my ephedra diet pills I take Lipodrene!. http://www!.i-supplements!.com/liw2510epwe!.!.!.
I've taken it since I started my cycles and I love it!.

For the foods that I normally eat, they consist of:
- Egg whites
- Chicken
- Lean meats
- Fish
- Greens ( from baby spinach, green beans, and lettuce)
- Also remember to keep on drinking water!

I would also recommend protein whey, you can check out some of them at http://www!.i-supplements!.com/bosu!.html

Good luck on everything and once again I would recommend ephedra diet pills, just please take the recommended dosage!.
