Excercise much?!


Question: Excercise much!?
Anyone know of a few quick and easy exercises that could be done like 30 minutes before bed and worked the abs, arms, butt, and legs area at the same time!? Or just simple, individual ones that don't require much work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, I think I can help!. To work out your arms, get two cans from your pantry!. Make sure they've got some weight to them and that you can hold on to them securely (you don't want one falling on your foot)!. Grip one can in each hand and position your feet shoulder length apart!. Now, raise your arms sideways until level with your shoulders!. Bring them down slowly until at your sides again!. Repeat this for 3 minutes!.

To exercise your abs, sit ups are a good workout!. If your aim is to work your lower abs, then what you need to do is lie flat on your back!. Then, put your legs together and point your toes!. Lift your legs until you've achieved a sort of L-shape with your body!. Lower your legs slowly to the ground, but don't touch the floor!. Instead, lift them back up into the L-shape!. Keep your legs together and straight and your feet pointed throughout the exercise!. Repeat for 4 minutes!.

To work out your butt and legs, get on all fours!. Lift one leg up sideways until it looks kinda like a dog pee position!. Then, put your leg back down and lift it again!. Do this about 30 times and repeat with the other leg!.

These workouts tone your whole body and take less than 15 minutes!. For a full body workout, get on your back and lift your legs up to about a 45 degree angle!. Keep them together and point your toes!. Then, lift your head, neck, and as much of your back as you can off the floor too!. Hold this position and extend your arms forward!. With your arms, make little circular movements!. If you keep this position, you'll feel your leg, ab, and arm muscles really working!.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it's called working out-there is work involved if you want to see results-many people say and I've read lots of books/articles about weight loss and toning-you should do your workouts first thing in the morning

walking

Instead of having some exercise routine, you should do something interesting, like mountain biking or some other sport!. Don't be too worrisome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do push ups sit ups and lift your leg up for about1 feet high for 30sec then take 10 sec brake and doo it againWww@Answer-Health@Com
