Can I lose weight if I reduce my food to one meal a day?
I cannot seem to lose weight at all. I eat healthy and I do not eat that much. But every time I do eat I feel guilty no matter what it is. I am 5 ft 4 in and 155 lbs. I want to be 120 lbs. I wear a size 10 in clothes but I want to be a 5 or 6.

VERY bad idea! Not eating reduces your energy and your metabolism...making weight gain a way more easier thing to happen to you! Eat fruits and vegetables! RAW and PLAIN ones! Very important...set small goals or you'll over whelm yourself
but most importantly---don't starve yourself...It's the biggest mistake you can make! Eat, but eat healthy! Good luck!
