Question: Please answer if you have experience in this area, the problem that needs to be fixed is vital!!?
My husband needs to lose about ten pounds to join the army!.!.!. this is very important that this happens quick, because when he goes to training I will be moving to Texas, my family needs about two weeks notice to come out here to get my kids and I!. The last two days we have been doing a jello diet, and drinking water (I am doing it so that he is not not suffering alone)!.!. The problem is after only a day and a half of this jello diet we are left feeling so weak!. My question for you is I need a diet plan that will get the last few pounds very quickly that will not leave him feeling this weak!. That weight needs to stay off threw MEPS and everything because once he is in training he will drop weight anyways!.!.!. Please help asap! What is it that we can do to get this done quick!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is an easy one that works well!.

Meal 1 - 1 cup cooked oatmeal, 300ml skim milk

Meal 2 - 1 cup vegetable juice, 2 slices whole wheat bread with a small amount of peanut butter

Meal 3 - 1 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/4 cup pasta sauce, small chicken breast or lean steak

Meal 4 - 1 cup fruit juice, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 cup cottage cheese

Meal 5 - 1 cup cooked oatmeal, 1 yugurt, 250 ml skim milk

Meal 6 - 2 cups salad with low fat dressing, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread!.

Spread these meals over the day, you will not feel tired or weak (a result of not enough carbs and protein)!. You will have good energy, stable blood sugar and for the next two weeks, have him do 30-45 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach!.

Get about a gallon of water a day!.

This works great for many of my clients!. Try it, you will not be dissappointed!. Tell him to workout with weights (if he is) every other day only!.

Keep trying to lose weight by eating lightly and jogging it won't be easy, but on the date of weigh in you can lose about 2 extra pounds by dehydrating yourself!. Buy a bag of lemon drops and start sucking on them a few hours before weigh in, then spit, spit, spit!. After you weigh in drink water to hydrate yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut calories and increase physical activity!. Salads, small portions of lean meat (about the size of a deck of cards is accepted serving portion), veggies!. Walking program, increasing distance and speed as his stamina increases!. Walking won't ruin your knees or ankles and is just as effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you need to THAT fast:
excercise!. jog, bike, swim, ect!.
eat veggies and drink LOTS of water!. no dressings or anything though!.
