Bicep circumference...?!
Question: Bicep circumference!.!.!.!?
I'm 17 and about 135 pounds!. I have one huge bicep because of bowling!. Long story short, in an argument about whether or not bowling is a sport on a myspace group and my bicep came in to it and he said it looks scrawny and only has definition because I'm skinny!.!.!. So he asked the circumference so I measured it and it's about 13!.5 inches!. He's acting like this is scrawny, is it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 15, 5"7, 135 pounds my bicep girth is 27 centimeters, almost 12 inches, and ive got pretty big arms, so yeah yours is great for your weight, you may want to work the other arm so they are symmetrical in girth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've been working on mine for a while!.!.!. trying to get to 16 inches!. I'm 178kg and I'm not big by any stretch of the imagination!. At 17, you are doing OK!.!.!.!. but you know!.!.!. that 13 inches isn't big!.!.!. of course, people look at overall proportions!.!.!. for instance, your calves should be about the same girth as your biceps!.!.!.!. if I were in your circumstances, I would be working up the other biceps to match!.
