What's a good weekly exercise & diet I can do?!


Question: What's a good weekly exercise & diet I can do!?
I don't have access to weights or anything else for that matter but I have PLENTY of time!. When I say plenty, I litterly mean all day!.!.!.

Anyway, I'm 15 years old, am 6'2" and weigh around 155-160!. It jumps around but generally I am very skinny!. I have very skinny arms, and when I say skinny I mean that an anerexic girl in my class has bigger arms!.!.!. I have great endurance also!. I don't want to get ripped but I want to get fit like Bear Grylls!. I don't really look up to him but he has a great physique!. I also want to be able to do it by the end of the summer!.

I need a good diet plan also!. The reason I don't know any of this stuff already is because I never played any sports, my parents won't let me play anything and I never really was dedicated to exercising!. Any help appreciated!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First start a fruit diet!. You can eat any kind of fruit up until 11am in the morning!. I did this diet years ago- and lost weight so easily!. If you want to lose weight really fast- eat low fat items during the day - like yogurt, or a fiber cereal, or cottage cheese, and drink lots of water with lemon squeezed in it!. When you get bored with the lemon taste, add apple or orange slices! I like to vary it!
Now, the hard part, dont eat or snack after 6pm- (this part is important) you may snack heavy before 6- to outdo your craving- but not afterwards!.
I just tried this fruit diet again- since I am much older- and when I stuck to it, I lost 15 lbs in a month!. So, it works- no matter what your age!
Only weigh yourself once a week- same day always and time of day- so you dont get yourself down- every day- because you wont see the progress you want right away!- but it will happen!

When I was on this diet, I could even eat chocolate during the day- and still lose weight- It has something to do on how your body processes fruit in the morning!.
If you have time all day- walk- that will help with your tummy and thigh areas- slims them down - weights on your ankles- will help even more- even if you do steps up and down around yor house!
