Question: Is this an alternative to exercise!?
Rather than doing pull ups, push ups, crunches, and weights, will kayaking, climbing, hiking, and all other outdoor activities get me a good physique!? I will do running and yoga for cardio and flexibility because I find them fun but I just can't stand doing those above exercises!. Any help would be appreciated!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, all the above activities will reward you with a good physique provided you also don't over eat!. Using your muscular system by doing an activity or sport may even be better as there will be a natural balance of muscles used!.
If body building was your sport, that would be a different matter as you would need to concentrate on each muscle group independently for better definition of those muscles used less frequently, and therefore ordinarily less visible!. Ah go ahead have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes! the other excercises you dont really want to do are mainly muscle-building but if u are kayaking and climbing at reasonably difficult levels then you will definately build muscle!. you dont need to join a gym to get yourself fit!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
