Question: Ok all health people please help!?
OK so i have done an hour of exercise today
and have only eaten a peach and drank 2 1/2 bottles of water this mourning

i am 142 pounds and need to lose 23 pounds by July
will it be healthy if i only eat 1000 calioreies a day and then extericed for 80 mins each dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

the average weight loss that most nutritionalists recomend is 2 pounds a week!.
That way you develop better eating habits and take the weight off, with a better success rate to keep it off!.

the amount of exercise you do, depends on how fit you already are, cardio wise!.

drink enough water to keep hydrated, it is hot in most places, the last thing you want to do is end up in the emergency room on IV's for dehydration, not to mention that it is dangerous and could be life threatening!.

/diets low in fat, high in complex carbs, and Protein with enough fluid intake thru out the day are the best way to go!. eat 6 small meals a day, space them out, that will help you to increase your metabolism!.
exercise in a cool place, since it is summer time!.
eg, a pool, swimming is great!.
or an air conditioned gym or walk in an air conditioned mall!.
You can googe amount of calories to eat, and there should be sites, that you put in your weight, hight, and age, it will tell you what you should weigh and how to figure out calories that you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sorry to say that 23 lbs!. in 20, is not realistic!. You are only setting yourself up for failure!. Also by only eating 1000 calories a day you are only hurting your chances of losing weight!. Believe it or not the more and more often you eat, the more weight you will lose!. Your metabolism needs food to burn calories!. If you starve yourself you will only gain weight!.

10 lbs!. a month is a realistic weight loss goal!. Good luck!
