I havent been eating..?!


Question: I havent been eating!.!.!?
I'm not anorexic i just want to be skinny!.
yesterday i ate a rice cake for breakfast and a rice cake for lunch
dinner i had carrot soup
WIll this put me in starvation mode because i dont want that i just want to be skinnier i tried doing it really healthily but i dunno!.
i aksed before how to lose weight on here and evryone was just like your to young,
however i would rather do it healthily so please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you ahve extra weight and you are growing its likely you will grow into your weight as such, when you get taller the weight will be more evenly disrubtued!. this happened to me, i was always really skinny and active as a kid and from 14-16 i wasnt overweight at all but i got a bit of a pot belly and wasnt too comfortable with it but i didnt diet because you really shouldnt at the age!. you will stunut your growth if you do, thats why everyone said your to young because you are!. i dont mean to be rude but really you need to eat more than rice cakes and soup!. you need a lot of protein and good fats like nuts, and fish and avocados!.

whatever you do now, simply be more active!. so if you normally dont walk to the shops walk, or go jogging a couple of times a week!. nothing too over the top just add exercise on top of what you usually eat and you will tone up!.

you dont say your weight and height e!.t!.c but some people arent genetically meant to be really skinny!.

for breakfast have porridge with skimmed or skim milk, and some kind of fruit either in the porridge or sepearte

have rice cakes as snacks! not a meal

lunch have a nice wholemeal sandwich with lean chicken or tuna e!.t!.c

have another snack

and have a healthy dinner with lots of lean protein,complex carbs and veg,

You aren't eating 2000 or more calories a day, so your body will soon begin to store fat like crazy because you ARE starving yourself!. Eat at least 2000 calories a day, exercise for 1/2 an hour a day, and lay off sugars ans junk food and you will lose weight!. Cut out pop and candy, have vegetables and water instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By doing what your doing, your only gonna make yourself ill and once you start eating properly you'll put all the weight on even faster than you lost it!

The best way of losing weight is to watch what you eat, cut out all fat so choclate, crisps, any fried foods etc!.!.!. but if you want a treat every now and again thats OK!

And of course you have to combine this with regular exercise!. This will make you lose the weight faster, and also build tone and muscle!.
