Doc says i got to lose half a stone in a month, any ideas? running curcuits?

Or will swimming help?

I work 12 hour night shifts, 6pm-6am


Answers:

Cut out all sugar from your diet, excercise & don't eat after 6pm.
Oh, & make sure you have breakfast (porridge is best as it'll keep you going for longer till lunch)

Okay shifts ... then just adjust that to not eating after your last meal of the day
Drinking more water also gives you energy & reduces your craving for snacks between meals
Swimming is a good excercise & brisk walking is better than nothing.

Half a stone in a month is only 2Ib a week - thats pretty easy if you stick to the rules
