Question: Does walking help all over your body!.!.!.!.!?
Does walking on a tread mill (sp!?) Help like get rid of fat on your stomach and arms too!? Not just your legs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It did for me!. I don't like jogging, running!. Simply walked as fast as comfortable!. Focus was to "push" my endurance further than was done before!. The endurance level before was simply casual, leisure walking!. Basically goal is to do more than you had been doing before!.

I first stated out on tread mill then moved my exercise outside to very brisk walk (almost power walking) for 45 min!. in my neighborhood!. Averaged 3 - 4 miles in about 45 min!. Being outside felt fresher, more open!. Went out no matter the weather!. I just dressed in layers removing lightweight fleece jacket as I got warm due to exercising!.

By simply eating responsibly (no dieting) and very brisk walking routine I lost weight, muscle tone increased, legs, calfs, tummy, arms, face all slimmed down!. Energy, brighter outlook on life, self esteem, clothes fit more comfortable !. !. !. all from simply brisk walking routine!.

Favorite music playing through headphones helps and inspires much!.

I'm 5l and mother to three!.

I think you REALLY have to sweat hard and do it on a regular basis to get rid of the stubborn fat, especially your belly!. I can tell you that i've had knee problems (sensitive patella) for about 4 years now!. I was told NOT to use my treadclimber (because it did make it worse) and to do gentle exercise, basically to just swim!. Well I have been hiking a very strenuous hike at least 3 days a week and wow my knee does not hurt very much anymore! I am so happy I was told by two doctors that I should have physical therapy!. Dont need it now!. I just had to push myself and it worked!. I feel so much better about myself (not 100% there yet though) and I've lost about 6 pounds, all within the first week of hiking!. But if you keep walking and walk fast so you sweat and you get a good workout, the fat should melt off!. You have to watch what you eat too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For Stomach no question is sit up!.!. most effective ways!.!. after a while or adaptation period u mz change the intensity (may b can add up weight on ur stomach or add up reps!.!. in every 2 weeks time!. Slowly progress with ur process!.!. of adaptation!. Try it out!.
Yes!. for hold body exercise wounld be swimming is the best suggestion from me!.(All over the body )Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes in fact you cant really target fat off of a particular spot in your body, walking on a tread mill can be bad for your joints but as it causes your walking action to be different walking in public is a much better substitute or even better is swimming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it!. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural)!. The results were excellent!. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox!. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner!.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4!.95 shipping and handling!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it does!. Any type of cardio will burn fat all over!. You don't pick and choose where your fat goes away and stays!. You CAN choose which muscles to tone up with certain exercises though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it does, walking/jogging will definatly help get rid of tummy fat!. I am not so sure about your arms!. Maybe help get rid of excess flab, but it probably won't increase muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cant spot reduce fat so no it reduces fat all over however you wont lose fat if your not burning more calories than you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you are walking with weights, it won't really get rid of arm fat!. It's not supposed to get rid of fat on your stomach either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
