Help! I'm out of proportion???!!!!!?
I'm really skinny on the upper portion of my body (nice abs, no love handle, etc,.). I don't particularly like my legs and thighs. My height is 5' 2'' (almost 5' 3''). I'm like a size 7 in juniors for pants (is this too fat?). I want to go to a Size 3 in eight weeks...I plan to run 1 hr every other day, bike 30 mins and do pilates for ½ an hour. Will this take me to my goal? Thanks!

There's nothing wrong with being a size 7, but if you want to slim down your legs then I suggest that you run every day but start out like doing .5 a mile then slowly progress to more. You don't want to get discouraged..Also you might wanna try kickboxing or a dance class..both would strengthen and tone your legs
