Question: Am i just obese!?
haha i wondered if im just wayy to overweight!. i weigh 195 and im 5`11 and i have bigger bones !. i could never be a size 0 maybe 10 but not 0 haha

ive been swimming a lot and toning up but my biggest problem is my thighs!. how do i get rid of themm ha

no one likes fat ugly girls!. and im sick of it!. i want to change this summer and stop being so gross before i start college

You are not obese!. Wow, I'd kill for those boobs!. Don't try to strive for a size - a 4'11" girl might be a 0, but you're a tall glamorous girl and you'd have to be skeletal to get into that size!. You'd look skinny as a 10!.

You are not fat, and not ugly!. Keep up the swimming and add some walking or running!. Do some toning exercises at home like crunches and push ups!. Watch what you eat, but don't restrict yourself too much!. Just cut the junk, eat fresh stuff, drink mainly water!.

You have some meat on your bones, but a balanced diet and some exercise would go a long way!. You're never gonna be tiny, but that's not going to stop you from looking good!.

As far as your thighs, I'd say walking/jogging/running, or some cycling would help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat late at night!.
Eating late at night can cause you to store more fat in your waist and stomach!. Stop eating 3 hours before your go to bed!. If you need a snack, eat something healthy like a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts (unsalted)!.
Eat often, but in small portions!. The less your body peaks and falls on the blood sugar scale, the less likely it will be to overeat and/or store unwanted fat!. Ideally, cut calories, but don
